This is what your URL structure would look like. Every parent category will have its own URL, and every sub category/categories will have its own URL.

  • Structure the Web Code

Next, code your website with your URL structure. Make sure all the pages are linked to the website structure.

If you have more than one store, make sure you have a unique URL for each store, and that each store is coded the same. This way, the search engines will know that each store is different.

  • Build a Navigation System

You’ll want a clear navigation system for each page. If a user is looking for a particular page, they should be able to find it quickly. Most importantly, it should be consistent throughout the entire website. Users should be able to navigate between the pages quickly while feeling comfortable.

Your navigation should be easy to find and easy to use. Make it easy to find and use the menu, while providing different options to users.
